I spent some time on both the search here and Google looking for this story.
The plot is a man shows up to his home to witness his wife apparently cheating on him. He watches her begin to fuck the guy, but eventually she throws him out. As he listens to her talk on the phone, he realizes he has died, and fade out. It's in the end a very sweet short story.
