One idea would be that a guy tries to hypnotize his sister into doing things with him. At first it's just small things but eventually it moves to kinky stuff and then to sex. But what he doesn't know is that his hypnotism never actually worked and whatever his sister did she did willingly. She may have thought that it would be the only way she could spend time with her brother and then when it goes to the kinky stuff she would find it strange at first, and by the time they start sex there is only a brief passing concern or two. Later she finds out she's pregnant. And because she has only done it with her brother she is freaking out. When she's freaking out her brother finds her and she tells him she's pregnant. She doesn't want to hurt his feelings about him being a failure at hypnotizing her so she pretends she doesn't know how she got pregnant.
Another brother sister story. This time they are both college students near the end of their final year and they film each other having sex. They think if they show the video to their parents that will convince them of their love for one another. They would be to afraid to actually do anything in front of their parents. But to their surprise their parents are just fine with their relationship. They tell their children that they just don't want the brother to get his sister pregnant anytime soon. At least not until they know if the incest law for brother's and sisters is passed or not. But what the parents don't know is that the sister is already pregnant.
