A colonisation fantasy

For some time now, I've toyed with a fantasy about colonisation. As many of you would be aware, my nation of India was colonised by the British for more than a century. I want to write a story about modern day colonisation, where a British man conquers an Indian woman. Any Brits, or anyone else who can share what they think about it would be very helpful. Would add to my gamut of ideas, enriching the story. Thanks in advance!

Well, I'm Hindu. So that would come naturally. But I'm open to exploring the others as well. If someone planted a naughty idea in my head.

Not the nation, just the interaction. A raceplay kind of situation.

As a white guy of Viking heritage, I’ve had several fantasies about conquering foreign lands and obtaining war brides. I was definitely born on the wrong end of the timeline.
