Oi oi! Welcome one and all, this is the recruitment thread for "A Circle of Trust". I'm looking for advanced players to fill the roles of the people that will be apart of this strange story.
This story is set in New York City, in a seedy part of town...we'll say the Bronx. I'm not familiar with New York so anyone living there you might want to jump in and help out with the setting. ^_^
[My Character] - Just thought I'd post some information on my girl Val. You can use the same formate or one of your own, just give me some info on what your character looks like so I won't be guessing.
Name: Valentina Vera
Age: 21
Height: 5 feet 2 inches
Weight: 105 lbs.
Hair: Dark brown, worn long
Eyes: Deep brown
Skin: Soft creamy tan

[Main Cast] - I need to fill these spots before the game can really get underway. Text in Slate Gray are taken characters.

[Cirilo Vera] - Val's brother, he's wild and unpredictable, though he's gentle with Val on occassion save for in bed he can be rather rough.
[Gemma] - Val's boyfriend, silent and usually hasn't much to say (think Jin from Samurai Shamploo), he's often gentle and courtesous of others but quick to temper where Val's safety is concerned. He and Cirilo have a weird love/hate relationship.
[Candice "Candi"] - Val's best friend & Co-worker at the club, she's bubbly and open to all kinds of partnering up. She's got an insatiable appetite for sex, and is highly the best at teasing a man to a point of no return.
[Club Manager] - Val's boss, he's a tough cookie, has a thing for Candi and Val though he'd rather not act on it. He's smart and quick for a manager and striking in looks, can be perverted at times but he means well. Gemma looks up to him.
[Jammie] - Cirilo's girlfriend, she adores Cirilo with a passion but can often feel that his attention is distracted when Val or Gemma are around. While she has no clue of Ci's relationship with either, a woman's intuition never lies. She has other partners as well but keeps Cirilo at the top of her list. Secretly she does not like Val and is out to get rid of the girl in hopes Cirilo will focus on her more.
[Ring Master] - Cirilo's manager, Ring Master (yes his code name), manages all of Cirilo's matches for him. He sets up the bets and gets him squared away in the underground circuit. He's quit witted and short tempered, sharp with his tongue and humorous to boot, you can't get the drop on him, as he's good in streetfighting and a top marskmen (guns ladies and gents, guns). He's an undercover cop trying to bust the crime lord's syndicate, Cirilo has no clue of his day job.
[Crime Lord] - He comes into play later, but he happens to be a smooth talker that gets Val's attention early on. In charge of the underground fight circuits and a crime syndication, he works dilegently to put himself on the map. Crime Lord knows about Ring Master's true identity as a cop, he thinks Cirilo knows as well and is using his sister as insurance in case of a bust.
[Supporting Cast] - These are just extras that you can make to fit your arpee style. They can become major players in the story if you so choose, but please run any plot twists and structuring by me first.

[Bar Customers] - looking for some bar hoppers, if you character stands out you may get a lead role.
[Clubbers] - gotta have people at the club, this may get you a lead role if your character stands out.
[Ganstas] - making a gangsta will reward you a role under the crime lord, you must listen to what the player of that character instructs you to do.
[Shady people] - thugs outside of the crime lord, rapists, murders, streetfighters, drunkards, bums.
And that just about sums it up. Just post your information in the thread and I'll check it out. If you have a secret plot twist PM them to me, otherwise post all plot ideas in the thread so others may read and hopefully add to it.
