She gets a visit from Christopher, the Christmas Birthday Elf.

Santa has been watching her all these years, and knows that she has been getting shortchanged on birthday gifts (even though he makes sure she gets full Christmas gift props). On her eighteenth birthday, he dispatches Christopher to make all her Christmas birthday wishes come true.

Christopher is six foot three, ripped, chiseled, tanned, and gorgeous. He is hung like a Festivus pole and fucks with the stamina of an eight-reindeer sled team. He shows her a night that makes up for all her lame birthdays over the years.
