How about this person forges documents claiming to be the child's uncle and he's
also frustrated because he never made it as a successfull mountain climber.
He sponsors the child and trains him to be the greatest mountain climber
in history.Theres all kinds of gorgeous women involved too.
Im the end the child becomes the worlds greatest mountain climber and
marries the most beautifull women in the world and they live happily ever after
in a mountain lodge with a nice picket fence.

The original idea was that the child is the result of an affair that the wife had while her husband was away on a business trip or something and she hasn't been able to tell her husband the truth about the child paternity because he is so happy that they finally have a child.
The person who is doing the blackmailing is the one that the wife had the affair with.
