I like it, but its not a strong fetish. I somewhat follow a blog that posts stories about mothers who put them on their sons.
Its a dom./sub. thing. The longer its on, the more the man will do anything to have it off.
Sexual slavery, trying to get the key, punishment for trying to get it off, and the women humiliating them about how much they want release, are the strong suits of the fetish.

But... you will also find nay-sayers who say that in reality, its just a sex toy, and there's no actual locking mechanism.

Yeah, until what feels like six years ago, chastity devices were for rape prevention (chastity belts, usually if a woman walks home in a rough part of the world). And the psychotic catholic war on masturbation.
