So I finally tested the bike engine this morning and found the results to be better than expected. We took the bike out for a short run.
Along the way we stopped in the local grocery store so I decided to grab a few things to make a treat for lunch. I did the shopping as the wife bought herself a lottery ticket. I didn't let her see what was in the bags.
When we got home again we changed then I banished her from the kitchen. I got to work making a sandwich I used to get on Cape. It's called the Special. It's easy to make, tastes absolutely incredible and too many of them will kill you. For my wife and I I picked up:
1/2 pound shaved Roast Beef
Provolone Cheese
Onion Rolls
From the fridge I pulled Swiss Cheese and BBQ Sauce.
Split the Roast Beef in half. On an Onion Roll put down a layer of Roast Beef. A slice of Provolone and then the rest of the Roast Beef. Cover this with a slice of Swiss then a healthy dose of BBQ Sauce. Add a touch of ground Pepper then put the top on the roll. Heat for 30 seconds in the microwave and serve.
Oh the BBQ Sauce was Sweet Baby Rays. A sweet and slightly spicy sauce.
Talk about heaven.
