Schizophrenics find it very difficult to stay on the meds because they have very bad side effects.
As for sociopaths, people find them scary because unlike psychopaths, they know what right and wrong are, and what the rules of society are, but don't believe they have to follow them. NOT ALL sociopaths, just some. i don't know how high that percentage is. i DO know that you cannot be a sociopath if you do not know right from wrong.
i am not going to comment on the other things. They shock and sadden me, but as a Christian it is not my place to judge their fates. This is not a pass the buck attitude, but simply an acceptance that i should not be damning other people. not that i don't. But i try not to.
Here, if you're under 12 when you commit a crime, you are not charged, because you are judged inable of making that decision as an adult. Police have been known to stop by schools, especially inner city ones, to wish a particular child a Happy 12th Birthday.
