No. Cordless tools are weak, they just don't have the power needed for more than one or two heads. Bones and muscle are tough. A good extension cord is better and I highly recommend the Milwaukee brand with a proper blade.
Also, don't waste money on a good raincoat or plastic sheeting. A couple of those dollar ponchos you get at any dollar store will work. Plus if you do it in the park or other protest site then you can just let the blood soak into the ground. Sorta giving back to nature if you will.

Also use a blade with large teeth, something like a demolition blade, the flesh can clog it up if the teeth are too fine.

If using an extension cord / lead always BUT always unravel it fully to avoid the cable overheating - safety first !

A pvc bin liner also works if the wearer makes head hole and arm holes (avoid suffocation, treating polythene bags with respect). I found that a snorkel mask from Aldi kept debris out of my eyes and allowed me to breathe quite comfortably without the risk of inhaling any spray.

also if the co -optee is say, handcuffed to a parallel bar suspended above head height, gravity will greatly assist in the removal of excess mass.

Good call on the recycling though.
