(I forgot to tell you some things about my character. She's five feet, 125lbs, dark brown hair that falls to her her waist. She has light brown skin that is flawless, and her eyes are hazel. You would never know that she is a vampire unless she needed to feed. Her eyes turn red when she is hungry or angry and her teeth lenghten. She was born in 1789, to a slave and her master. She is not sure which side of her family she got her powers from, but at the age of fifteen she was sold to a man named Armel. She never learned his last name. She lived with him until she was 25. He taught her everything she knew about magic. When he died, she was bounced from house to house until she was placed to with Armel's sister Armelle. She took Jade as her lover. When Jade became ill, Armelle offered her the chance to be with her forever. Jade agreed and the rest they say, is history)

She had no idea what made her come to this seedy little circus. They claimed to have a real, live angel, but she knew that to capture one would involve magic that few had. It was just her luck that she missed the last show. She would have loved to see this “angel”. It was just as well, if she had seen it, there is no telling what it might have done to her. Few, if any angels liked her kind. As she strolled through the circus, watching the animals being boarded for the night, she heard a mournful cry. It cut her to the core to hear it. She began to search for the source of the cry. She covered the enter circus grounds, and was about to chalk it up to fantasy on her part, when she heard it again. It was coming from behind her, but there were only trees there. Whatever it was, it was being hidden with strong magic. She sighed. She hated using her magic, it made her weak, and she hated being weak. But whatever it was, it needed help. So she summoned all of her energy, and broke the spell…

They had a real angel. A real, honest to goodness angel. She stared at it taking in its appearance. It was broken somewhat. The spark was gone from it. Jade’s heart broke when she saw this majestic creature caged like some freak. She walked towards it, all the while being careful not to say or do anything that might frighten it. It was crying. Jade reached the front of the cage and peered in whispering, “don’t be frightened Angel. God’s highest of beings should not be caged. I’ll help you.”

-Shin looke dup at her and whiped his tears his blue eyes stared at her-"really you will ....but please becareful you should not risk your freedom for me if they catch you they will imprison you tot he police "-he said softly and he watched he ras he kept his eyes on her he just looke dto he rhis body in shadow all but his wings whihc were folded in to his back and his eyes those ar ethe only things able to be seen-

“I wouldn’t worry about them. Let’s focus on getting you out of here.” Jade searched the cage for an opening. When she found none, she sighed. “Looks like I’ll have to make an opening.” Jade’s eyes began to turn a dark red. She started to chant over the side of the cage. The angel moved to the back of his cage as the metal of his cage began to melt. When a hole large enough for the angel to through was made, Jade’s chanting stopped. She put her hand into the cage to help the angel out. He looked at her with huge frightened eyes. She smiled, careful to hide her fangs. He smiled back and took her hand…

“I’m Jade. We’ll have lots of time to get to know one another. Right now, we need to get out of here because you are too weak to fight and so am I. I have not feed tonight and helping you has taken a lot of my energy. So, Shin, Guardian angel of the North, can you fly?”

-Hearing the word feed gave him afeeling of her race she wasnt human he looks to her-"yes i can do you need help escapeing as well i will carry you"-he looks to her abit firghtend but confident she couldnt be all that bad-"and when we land i will even let you feed on me a lil bit of my blood will be enough to fill your energy to max i promise"-he looks to her-"i know your a vamp you gave your self away but i do not fear now do you want me to carry you "

She smiled at him. “No, I don’t need you to carry me. I’ll be fine. You however need to go before they notice that you are missing.” She gave him the address of her home, hoping that he would make it there before anyone saw him. She looked at him, staring into his eyes. Creatures of this earth could never have eyes like his. She looked away, suddenly ashamed to be what she was. “Thank you for your offer, but I’ll be fine. Besides that, I heard that even a little of angel blood can be additive.”

-He nods-"thank you"-he spread his wings and flew up in tot he clouds he flew semi slow to kepe hi senergy as a decent level he though about her on the way wondering why she decided to help him maybe god answered hid prayers-

She watched him take off, cloaking him for as long as she could before her powers left her completely. She turned, and began walking out of the circus. She knew now why she had been drawn here. God never really leaves his angels; he just waits for them to return home. As Jade neared the exit, she heard angry shouts behind her. “I guess they discovered that he’s gone”, she thought to herself. She began to run, and as she did she heard the unmistakable sound of a howl. “Lycans. Great. Just what I needed to start my evening right.” She heard the growls coming closer and closer, and she knew that she had only one option. She stopped, and turned. The lycan that was pursuing her leaped…

-He been trackign he rto see if she was alright and he stopped he floated to make sure she was ok-"i wonder if he will be ok with out her full use of her powers"

She grabbed the lycan by his throat. He scratched her and she smiled. This one was new. He wasn't even fifty years old yet, a mere child by lycan standards. She turned his head to the side and kissed his neck once before she bit him. He howled as she drank from him. When his heart beat slowed down, she stopped drinking. She turned his head, so she could look him in his eyes and then she snapped his neck. She heard a gasp behind her and turned to see the angel standing there. She felt ashamed of her displayed, but now was not the time to show it. She walked to him and spread her wings. "It seems we have something in common. Shall we fly?" She took off into the night air without looking behind her, sure that the angel had followed...

"I'm Jade and you're Shin Guardian Angel of the North. Welcome to my home. I hope you like it." Jade smiled shyly at Shin and walked towards the door. She put her hand in a slot and a thin blue light passed over it. The door gave a whirring noise and slowly opened. The lights of the main entrance began to light, giving Shin and Jade an unobstructed view of the hallway...

-Shin looks to the insid edecor and then to jad ehe stood by her like a child by there mothe ralthough that wasnt the case he wanted to thank her som how-

Jade smiled, pleased with Shin's compliment. She walked inside of the house, lights flicking on as she walked from one room to the next. "I'll give you a tour later, but for now let me show you to your room." She turned to her left and began to walk up the flight of stairs. "My house is quite large. It is easy to get lost here if you don't know your way around. There are lots of passages. It has been in my family for generations. I'm going to give you a room on the second floor because it will be easier for you to get to the kitchen when you are hungry and my room if you need me." With that said, she stopped in front of a door with a red rose on it. She turned and looked at Shin. "This was, is, the Rose Room. No one has used it in about fifty years or so and I haven't had the heart to change anything. It belonged to a lover of mine. It was her favorite room. You can sleep. I think you will find it to your liking." She turned and opened the door. Shin let out a gasp behind her.The entire room was filled with roses of ever size and color. The room was bright, even though the windows admitted no light. The bed in the center of the room was made of dark cherry wood. The four posts of the bed were covered in rose vines. The bed itself was covered with blood red sheets. The throw pillows were white with a single red rose on them. The nightstands were made of the same wood. There was a large walk in closet that was open. It was filled with clothes for both sexes of every color and of every fabric. Jade watched Shin as he walked along the room taking everything in. "I know it is a bit much, but I did tell you it was the Rose Room. She loved roses. She created dozens of hybrids. There is not much furniture in this room because she needed the space for her flowers. I think you will be comfortable in here because you like light. I'll let you get settled. There is a bathroom through that door." She pointed to a door behind Shin's shoulder. "I'll go and make you something to eat." Jade left and closed the door. She stared at it a moment. *I really have an angel living in my house. This must be an sin.* Jade shook her head and walked down the stairs to try to find something for the angel to eat...

-Shin didnt know what to say and then he turns to say thanks and she is goen he looks around an dfinds the bathroom he looks in the closet for a outfit and then finds a pair of pants which were blue and made of a comfortable fabric an da white cotton shirt with sox he goes ot the bathroom and showers turning on the water it hits his body like a lost friend back form a long vacation as he washes him self he blushed knowing she saved him no one had evr don e anything nice ever for him he wanted ot repay he reven if it meant commiting a sin he finished showering an ddressed he looked at him self in the mirror and smiles-"i think i look nice but i think i should look respectable"-he snaps hi sfingers and is in a white robe of flawless brightness it wa sto clean to be made of earth fabric it wa smade of a special fabric in heaven the rope aroudn him held the robe tight aroudn his body like a kimono he then walked towards the stares and down then looking around trying to find the kitchen then he closed his eyes and concintraited a she walked towards the kitchen by focusing and he looks at the kitchen door he opens it an dwalks in in his white kimono and white sox-"hi "-he said softly-"i want to thank you again"

Jade turned at the sound of his voice. “You’re welcome. I like your outfit. You must be feeling better, because that is not one of the outfits that were in the closet.” She turned back to the vegetables that she had been cutting. “I’m not familiar with the cuisine that you angels eat, but I assume that it has no meat.” She turned to look at him again and found him staring at a spot above her head. She knew what he was looking at and laughed. Startled he focused back on her. “The cross is real. My house is blessed. I wasn’t always this…thing. The vegetables come from my garden. I have a groundskeeper that takes care of it. He does a great job. I normally let him keep what he grows but you have to eat.” She turned back to the cutting board. “Now, did you put that snazzy little outfit for little ol’ me?”

-looks to jade-"yes i did i hope you like it"-he smiles -"i eat anything so dont treat me special ok"-he says and sits down at the table-"i love this hous esorry i had to say it again"-he said and softly looked to her he felt like a better person-

"It's ok. I love this house too. I can't spend much time here though." She turned to look at Shin, smiling sadly. "The blessings on the house can be a bit much." Turning back to the cutting board she notices that she has finished cutting up the vegetables. Something he said was bothering her. She walked over to the stove and turned it on, watching the flames shoot out of the eye. She reached above her and took down a pan, placing it on the stove. She returned to the vegetables; bring them over to the pan. She drizzled some oil on the pan and waited for that to heat up. “Shin, you said that you were sent down to help a man when you were captured. Did you ever help him, or was it a trap? Oh, and since you can eat anything, does that include meat?” She turned her head to look at him, but the expression on his face was so pained she quickly turned back to the oil on the stove. It was making that popping sound now, signaling that it was hot enough for the vegetables. She poured the mixture into the pan, adding seasonings and noodles. She went to the fridge and took out some chicken broth. Thank God for cooks. Her head began to hurt at the thought of God. I need to stop doing that. After all these years, I still say His name. Oh well, old habits die hard. Jade shook her head to snap out of her thoughts and looked over a Shin. He was studying her and it made her slightly uncomfortable. She laughed nervously and held up the container of chicken broth. “I hired a cook a few years ago. My friend…she wasn’t like me. Not at first anyway. I didn’t have the heart to fire the cook, so whatever she makes, I give to the poor or I feed it to the dogs. That way she doesn’t suspect something. Oh! The dogs. Well, I imagine that you will meet them soon enough. They are large dogs. Another one of my friend’s hybrids. You’ll like them, once you get to know them. They are weary of people, so they may growl at you in the beginning, but once they get use to your presence, they will protect you. There are ten of them, five female, five male. The alpha male has a star on the center of his forehead. I should write this down. Just remember, whoever you meet is going to run at you. Don’t move and they will slow down and sniff you. After that they will leave you alone until the pack has decided if you are a friend of mine or a foe. You may want to keep some meat on hand, just to placate them. I know it’s a lot, but…I needed companionship and I could not turn them loose on the world.” The smell of the noodles and vegetables reminded Jade of what she was supposed to be doing. She opened up the container and poured the broth into the pan. The sizzling began again and then died down. Jade took a large spoon out of the drawer next to her and stirred the contents of the pan. She heard Shin take a deep breath and turned to see what the problem was.
