9th Circuit and Medical Marijuana...

You pot heads get the idea that who gets to appoint the next three or four justices to the SCOTUS matters?

;) ;)

Doesn't even sound like good law.

What about people who buy Alcohol?

Or have to Take pain pills or/and other drugs.

No. There is money in crime so lets keep the level high as possible and the money rolling in our coffers.

That is what they really mean.

How will the sanctuary marijuana states react?

;)

Will they ignore the courts, or will they salivate like Pavlov's dog?

Alcohol and/or most pain pills are not Class 1 scheduled drugs.

Class 1 scheduled drugs (Opium, Heroin, Marijuana) are the most dangerous, addictive drugs in all of America. Heroin and pot junkies will do anything and everything for their next "fix".

We need to keep marijuana and heroin users as far away from guns as possible.

Kudos to the district courts for their decision.

I see what you're doing here.

Rob I have smoked more than you can carry in my lifetime and will again someday.

I am not buying that story.

I for one am not surprised that you don't get that Marijuana shouldn't even be in the same category as Heroin and LSD and labeled a schedule 1 controlled substance more strictly regulated than the powerful prescription painkillers that have killed more than 165,000 people since 1999.

That's not entirely the case.

Marijuana is by far safer than alcohol or the painkillers that you're talking about.
No major damage to the brain and liver the way alcohol does, plus far less addictive than alcohol or certain pain killers
And if you think that codeine and so on aren't too addictive or don't present the dangers that often come with addiction, you're mistaken. And as Ulaven said, they can even be lethal in certain situations+ they're a gateway to harder drugs.

So I'd say: you "chronic pain sufferers" are just as, or even more dangerous than pot users.

Actions have consequences.

Congress had an opportunity this year to reclassify marijuana as something other than a Schedule 1 drug. It declined to do so in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives, which obviously recognizes (in an election year anyway: Tuff On Drugs, Yada Yadda Yadda) that marijuana is one of the most Dangerous Addicting Drugs of our time, and completely deserving of its schedule 1 status.

As such, the government has a duty and obligation to keep firearms away from dangerous drug addicts. This is not a Second Amendment issue, this is a public saftety issue. You don't allow weapons in the hands of convicted felons, the mentally ill, and the most dangerous drug users.

I don't disagree they've done a poor job to date.

Have you ever sought treatment for your dangerous marijuana addiction?

I'd say probably not.

You can "stop anytime you want", right?

Geeze, you're so fuckin' stupid.

I'm sure it was quite amusing, albeit likely not in the way he intended.

#HeTriesSoooHard

Plus you have no balls. You have to hide like a coward, behind your Darbhinder attack alt whenever you harass female posters. You don't even have the balls to confront me face to face.

What a loser!
