OOC: If your interested check the OOC forgive me though, it's a bit wordy.
IC: Ren: "So this is Flornce?" it looked like any otehr resonably sized town. Hard to beleave since the town was nearly burnt to the ground in the last war. Gilda had simply cought them by suprise I guess.
I walekd down the street my cloak hid my kensai from sight. But the double glaive on my back is sure to draw some atention. In a place like this people eitehr love weapons above all else or fear them endlessly. It all depends on wich side of the weapon their loved ones were ten years ago.
Foolish I would imagine. Any reasonable soldeir would be between 15 and 25. Ideally one should weight 20 years between wars to build up the fighting population. It's been 10 years. It'll be a while before eitehr side starts a war. Otherwise both kingdoms will take heavy casulties and any third party could come in and wipe them out. One should not fear their weapons.
I had turned into a dead end. At the end of the alley was the chared remains of a building. I looked it over. No one has moved the burnt wood. I supsoe nothing is usable.
I turned around and walked back out still trying to find the local black smith. Smiths a very wise people, every one with a broken tool stops in on them, many adventrues come by with tales of adventure. Not sure if the black smith really wants to here these boosts but it often roves a source of good fun one of the few I can get.
I found the smith after a long walk. I walked in and pulled out my kensai. "The chain here has a weak link. I could bend it back to shape but then it'd jsut risk my life. I'd like you to replace it."
A man walked in. 'Hey Robert. Theirs a rumor going around that Gilda has decleared war on us.' 'Why would they do that?' 'Something about a kidnapping.' Interesting story as always I supose this person got it from a local fool.
