Hi there! On my email, I cannot use the addy book or it deletes the text of my message. It says that the ********** is either not on there or has been turned off. This was 2 days ago, before it was fine, anyone know what happened? Thanks Chewey

What browser do you use?

In internet Options, on the "advanced" tab there are several check bxes for ********** control for IE which may have been changed inadvertantly.
