Or actually - I think they might have done all the publicity to prevent all sorts of speculations or looks. They probably live in a small town, people see her getting pregnant and then her son raise the kid. You can imagine all the theories.

That's not the issue, InsightRiot - the issue is the appropriatenness of a mother giving birth to her son's child.

And I'm not saying this to ingratiate myself with gay posters from this forum:
But I know of two gay couples who adopted kids. However, both of them were female, male gay couples have a much harder time.
Which is tragic for the kids who end up growing up without love in foster homes or orphanages instead.

Adoption in America is insane. The biological parents can visit the child whenever they want, and the child is monitored by the government till it is an adult. It is also extremely expensive to adopt an American child, Haiti is the cheapest to adopt from.

I know a couple of foster parents who have told me some horrific stories about their foster child's biological, drug using parents popping in and flopping at their house.

I think it's great. It drives home the fact that men don't need autonomous women to reproduce when they can harvest them for eggs, and use them as a gestation chamber.
