6 year old boy accidentally pulled through woodchipper

When I was young, growing up in Indiana, one of my classmates fell off the back of a tractor into a bush-hog.

Pretty much the same outcome. His parents sold their home and moved away after the accident.

The news sure likes ugly and spectacular. I don't have any but that's somebodies kid. I am sure they are hurting. Its enough to say a child died in accident. Maybe talk about the family. what the kid was like. What difference does it make to the whole country how that one died? What makes it news other than it sounds horrible. Why do we need to be thinking about that. How does that help anyone?

Some guy in my city working at an industrial park accidentally fell into a plastic shredder after a wooden pallet he was throwing in got snagged on his clothes and pulled him in.

What a horrible way to die!
