Hi everyone,

The Lobby Locals are doing a 50 day squat challenge. We start 1 July.

This is what we are doing:

For 50 days we will do 100 squats a day - so 5000 in total! Come join us:

Do them all at once, or break them up throughout the day. Do them on public transport, at the grocery store, while brushing your teeth, waiting for the kettle to boil, or ah, use your imagination during any activity you might be getting up to!!

Feel free to pop into the chat area to the SQUAT CHALLENGE room and join us or encourage us to see it through to the end.

Yes there will be yoga pants.
Yes there will be discussion re how we are doing our squats
Yes there may be photos shared somewhere, somehow

This is a fun way to get fit (fitter for some) and come together to do something kinda awesome!

60 squats 2x a week is the goal that is only occasionally reached before more weight is added.

I think the OP was thinking squat/pee. Probably because of all that water females tend to drink daily.

Follow me around and you will not have the time or energy for squats.
 
I'm in ! At 62 I do 3-4 miles a day walk / run. So to stay in shape sounds good.

If you can do that many, you're doing it wrong.
