For all the horrors that we've watched,
and all we've yet to see.

I cannot cry for all of you,
But two tears I will shead,
One for pain of the living
And one for the dead.

If I cannot give you comfort,
then Justice I can bring,
For Liberty shall not rest,
And Freedom shall always ring.

I cannot take back my innocence
Burnt by hateful flame.
But flame could never stop me
As America is my name.
