hey..i'm a work in progress too...it's better to do it with someone that understands than to be doing it alone. i live in hampton virginia near the beach..i keep telling myself i need to get out and get walking..but it's no fun doing it alone as probably you well know and with not much support it never gets started. yes i want to talk with you on here and maybe together supporting each other we can get down to where we want to be..D
