31 yo medical professional in Wisconsin

I am a 31 yo medical professional male in wisconsin. I am looking for any like minded people in the area or even elsewhere that might be interested in some good conversation, getting to know one another, that is open minded, willing to share desires and dreams, and not just ones of sexual nature.
