3 wishes

If you had a magic lamp with 3 wishes, what would they be?

Straight off I think of a low calorie & fat free recipe for the yummiest tasting chocolate (which I'd quickly patent).

The next two take longer to decide.

If I could have just that one, the other two would be pretty frivilous, no matter what I came up with.

My first wish would be to wish for an unlimited amount wishes.

If the genie in the lamp said I couldn't do that then my first wish would be to wish that I could wish for unlimited wishes and my second wish would be to wish for an unlimited amount of wishes.

If the genie said that still was against the rules then my first wish would be to wish that it wasn't against the rules to be against the rules, then my second wish would be to wish that I would be able to wish for unlimited wishes and my third wish would be to wish for an unlimited amount of wishes.

If the genie said I still was not allowed to do that, well my first wish would be to wish for a lamp that had a genie that would grant me an unlimited amount of wishes...

I'd wear the genie down eventually and get my wishes, either that or end up getting myself turned into a frog.

I hear ya Colly..

i suppose i would probably change my wishes depending on time and place.. im fickle.

health, wealth and well being for my friends and family.

so cliche and im not even in a pagent but seriously.. world peace.. whirled peas.. but then.. we would be without antagonism and that would throw us into some sort of conumdrum.. the earth would tilt on its axis and im not sure i could deal with that responcibility.

and the third.. knowledge. i want to know so much.

ok.. those are my wishes for this morning.. subject to mood change.

Well I know the first one would be to meet Prince Charming whoever he may be and if he really exists.

number 2 would be to have a great job and lots of money

I've thought about this before and I came up with the following things.

1. A trust fund that pays about $60,000 a year after taxes adjusted for inflation and where I cannot touch the principle.

2. A condo (not a house, hate yard work) with a library, an exercise room and a study for reading and computer work.

3. The ability to speak and read the following languages, French, German, Russian, Italian, Chinese (both versions), Japanese, Latin and ancient Greek.

Then I could lead the quiet life of a scholar I've always wanted.
