A collection of interviews with triads who practice troilism, all the triads are one male and two females. Oddly, the arrangement isn't a ménage-a-trois tho the arrangement is, strictly speaking, a household of three, which is how ménage-a-trois translates.
One triad is two sisters and a husband, both sisters are pregnant by him.

The book provoked me to include a troilistic triad in a story I'm writing where two married lesbians embrace the adult son of one of the women. His mom lost her appetite for the partner after a car wreck disabled and disfigured the woman. The women met in prison. The son was removed from his convict mom's custody long ago, and looked her up after he found her. Mom doesn't know him, and he gets a nice blow job when they meet.
