Shooter still at large, former Austin sheriff deputy who resigned last June after being arrested for sexually assaulting a 16 year old girl. Victims somehow all known to the shooter.

Shooter was apprehended this morning without incident, walkin' down a rural country road about 30 miles from the site of the shooting.
No confirmation yet that he was seeking sanctuary at FGB's place.
