3 Days

Congratulations! It is hard to give up. I wish you well. :)

:rose:

This is the second time in the past few months that I'm attempting to quit.

Cept this time I was so sick that I couldn't get up to go outside and smoke, and even if I could have my throat hurt too bad to do it.

So it was kind of forced. I'm just trying to roll with it now.

Ummm wait, you posted as I was typing.

It's not good your sick and hurting it's good your trying to quit.

Some people I know would smoke even if their throat was hurting.

Congratulations, Angel.

When you get the craving, try substituting something else and see if it helps.

Good Luck!!!

As C. Everett Koop used to say, "Quit, & Keep quitting."

(For the benefit of our international & younger audiences, Dr. Koop was the surgeon general during the Regan Administration. Anti-smoking efforts were his focus for national health improvement.)

Also, try to stay away from caffeine and sugar ... something about helping the cravings.
