What the best vibrator for me? Last one I had was with my last partner (years ago), white, plastic, and it was ....SO LOUD:( We shared a house then, and one of my female roomates said she could tell I was using it, when her tv started to crackle...I was mortified:eek:
I want something quiet ,discreet and Not like a big plastic ,oversized cock!....
HELP;)

Hiya. I don't really know what you mean by years ago but it would seem that vibrators have moved on - I don't own a single one that affects television signals ;).

I'm gonna suggest the 'promises' one from Ann Summers as a starter - it's pink, glittery and phallic and does the job. It's a good one to 'start out' with (or reintroduce yourself as the case may be).

Something similar to that but soooo much better is the sinnflut - also from Ann Summers (and other places I would imagine). Again it's phallic but alas not pink and glittery. It is, however, water-proof and rechargeable and seems to have hundreds of speeds/modes which is always a plus :D.

And I'll give an obligatory mention to the old rabbit which is fantastic when your in the mood but I would always suggest separate tools for vagina and clitoris because what one wants won't necessarily be what the other wants and it can get awkward when the two are melded together. I'm sure I don't need to put a link for this one...

I buy all of my vibrators from Ann Summers because it's friendly and the ladies don't mind having a chat or letting you have a feel of the products - I'd pop in and explain what you want. Good luck :rose:

Welcome to Lit, sophian.:rose:

What kind of stimulation are you looking for with a toy? There are just so many things on the market and for places on the body that I didn't know we had so a bit more info might help us.

I am a bullet girl for clitoral stimulation, I also have a G-spot vib that I'm enjoying more and more. I have a few 'rabbit' like things too, etc.

I won't pretend I'm super-experienced, but seeing as you're not either, maybe advice from somebody similar to you would be useful too :).

Like others have said, it mainly depends on what you like in the bedroom, whether that's clitoral stimulation or whether your G-spot needs attention too. Take how you pleasure yourself and apply that to vibrators. As someone else has said, rabbits do have the downfall of being unable to separate one type of stimulation from the other, but personally I find that better because I can't concentrate on both myself :p.

Girth is also something that you might want to think about, when I bought my first vibrator, it was a bit too big.

I realise that this is all very general information, but I'd say buying a vibrator is quite a personal decision. The Serena from Ann Summers was my second vibrator, and that's very quiet. I can use that in my room without anyone in the rest of the house hearing at all. No television disturbance!

Good luck :).

LOL! Aw, I'm sorry about that. But, there are a lot of quieter toys out there. There's even one that looks like a tongue and is supposed to feel like oral.

Im also a bullet girl....Its the best expecially for hands free while on the internet chating

My wife swears by the bullet.
She uses it often and brings her to multiple orgasms.
I don't mind because I also get to watch whenever she uses it.
