Just wanted to add this interesting safety tip. If any of you have been on the Literotica chat section, you have undoubtedly, like myself, been fooled many times by "women" who ultimately turned out to be guys. I have found a few ways that makes this happen a little less and thought I would pass them along to you.

First of all, request some sort of proof that who you are talking to is really who they say they are. Just about everbody these days has a digital camera. Ask them to take a pic of themselves, doesn't have to be a face pic, but hold up a sign with your nick on it, near a part of their body that proves their gender, and send it to you.

Secondly, with an added benifit, get yourself a webcam. They are not very expensive anymore and go a long way to ID'ing yourself to others. I only turn my webcam on for other women with a cam, and that way you can both be assured of who your actually talking to. Guys with an attention span of a nat will get bored or scared off very quickly and leave you alone.

This suggestions in no way will stop all the imposters, but it certainly goes a long way to cutting down the waste of time with these imposters. Having a webcam is also a lot of fun once you do hook up with another female. (plus it really pisses the guys off when you won't let them see you. )

No, mean is when you try to have a conversation with other women in the Literotica Erotic Chat board, and 50 guys keep messaging, saying "oh sorry" when you ask them to read your profile, or they say yeah, I did, "but thought I would take a shot" or "no harm in trying". No harm to who. Even redlining is a pain.

Now PhillyInJun, you don't sound like one of those guys, you sound very polite. Maybe have a word with your fellow guys and ask them to back off. I can't count the number of guys I have told that chances are the reason they have such a hard time finding women to talk to, is that we have gotten into the habbit of just redlining all the guys when we go into a room.

I am thinking about making my own room there for women only, and not advertising the password, but giving out to women who private message me and show they are female. If only there was enough room in the description to say, "message for password"
