Orange Cheeto-lini tRump is not much more than a cartoon character, in flesh form. 24/7 cosplay, all year. We see Orange Cheeto-lini in his suit and tie, and his golfing clothes. MAGA hat, optional. More cosplay, with gifts from departments of the military.
Was there a natural progression, that caused America to accept a satirical mockery version of a human being so limited in scope, that the outside world laughs at the absurdity of his behaviour ?

The whole Spite House family consists of ridiculous, limited, cartoon characters. Malevolent Moodle* Melania, a Russian operative married to Cartoon President Cheeto-lini, Ivanka, daddy's favorite, and two dopey, clueless, criminal henchmen sons, and one tween son from Malevolent Melania. A blended family, with the one truly American daughter exiled from the spotlight- Tiffany. Cheeto-lini does not sire pretty children. Cheeto-lini's American wife's genes and Cheeto-lini's genes combined in the worst possible way, and Tiffany suffered Sarah Huckabee Sander's fate. (Why are women rejecting Tiffany ? Could it be because she is enabling Cheeto-lini ?) Ivanka took the Linda Tripp route, when it was obvious her genetic inheritence was emerging. Surgery can fix anything.
Tiffany is nearly finished with her higher education, and will be useful to the clan. Tiffany's business law education is needed, at this point. Someone has to stand in court, and deliver. Today's Ivanka photo-op features Tiffany in Ivanka's home.
