As the race begin for the 2012 campaign, I'm re-posting two ideas that I had about political incest story lines:
1) A senator running for the White House, having family problem. His youngest son is not on a good terms with him & in an election year, it was important for the senator to appear as a family man. So, he send his wife to ask their son to come back & help the father in the campaign.
The son refuse to come back, not just because he despise his father, but also because he is having a secret desire for his own mother.
In a heated argument with his mother, he admit that he is in love with her. The mother, being the wife of an opportunistic politician, use this to her advantage.
2) A woman run for congress, and her rival, a long term member of the Congress fear that she will win. Instruct his chief of staff to use whatever means to discredit his rival & get her out of the race.
The chief of staff blackmails the woman’s son to play part in a dirty game, where the son will seduce his mother & tape the sex & then release the video a few weeks before the Election Day. The twist at the end is the son will fall in love with his mother & will double cross the chief of staff.
