First, I submitted a new story. The first try, it was not accepted. I never recieved a reason as to why, so I re-submitted it(exactly the same) and it was accepted. How do I get the reasoning for a story not being accepted, and how is that possible?

Also, can I change the title of my submissions? I mean, keeping the story exactly the same and the ratings and everything stay the same, but the title's differant. If so, how?

I'd e-mail these questions, but apparently the address I have is wrong.. I've never gotten a response.
