As far as the ben wa balls, no need to be afraid. Those little puppies definetely won't get "stuck!" The trick - and it can be a real trick - is keeping them in. Once you've mastered the art of that, getting them out is simple enough. You can either use your fingers or just a bit of a push should eject them.
As far as bathroom? I wouldn't go there untill you've really mastered these. When I put mine in, I make certain I don't have to go to the bathroom for a bit.
