2 million Americans pay the price for voting Republican

Hey, those people are nothing but a bunch of freeloaders anyway. I know, hand the money to the ones who make the money. They deserve it. Oh, and have the ones without the money get the bill.
Wait'll the economy feels the effects of 2 million people not having any money to spend. Right in time for the holidays.

But hey, they voted Republican and they didn't get out and protest. What can I say?

Not much. However, little haircuts here and there is not going to do shit. It either shit or get off the pot.

Oh and the debt commission is on C-Span 3.

its all good cutting peoples benefits to try and get people to do some work, but when there's far fewer job vacancies than unemployed it seems rather mean to force people to not eat and become homeless.

Yeah, you are right; when there are five people for one job, that makes things a bit difficult.

You should hire them all and give them electric cars for a Christmas bonus.

Funny that republicans are ok with adding to the deficit to extend tax cuts to the wealthy...

It's pretty clear what interests the republicans represent, but poor, uninformed folks will vote against their own interests time and time again.

So, under a republican govt, would these 2 million be working, or just have benefits extended?

or would the benefits have been cut 2 months ago so they couldn'r complain about it being right before Christmas

Nothing better than starvation to teach you about who has your back and who's stabbing you in the back...

nothing better than little boys running around trying to be men, as you are just a little bitch, by putting me on iggy.

if only you could answer this question, WHO SHOULD PAY FOR MORE WELFARE?

now, in your little ferry world, I'm sure you would pull more money out of your ass

from what I read today, the Rep don't want to add the bennies or borrow more money from China. so off to the dance our political leaders go.

what little jack ass peppie la puke, over the rain bow, dickless dailey fail to understand is that America is broke. so where should the money come from? china?

If none of the tax cuts are extended, the government, in theory, collects an extra $3.7 trillion the next 10 years. If tax cuts are extended for all but those making over $250,000, the additional revenue amounts to $700B over the next 10 years.
Got that, RD?
As for what interests the Republicans represent, which party has majorities in the House and Senate and controls the White House?

and all I'm saying is that its going to take a long long time to fix things...too bad they can't all pull together and geterdone rather than bellyache

ah yes, so lets make the "rich" special, by hitting them with a special tax just for being rich....

America land of the equal and free, but if you have money, pay up sucker...right?

does your momma need a new pair of shoes, is that why you want others to pay more in taxes?

I agree, we as citizens should demand that they stay in DC till they start to fix things......

I have no idea what the magical number is for America where "we" can't afford to service the debt

So according to your stats, 700b over the next 10 years is ok to deficit spend on the rich, but we shouldn't spend less than half that on the unemployed.

Got it.

why should those earning 250k a year or more get hit with more taxes? why not keep the % the same for those earning above 50k?

oh i see, cuz you will never earn more thank 50k a year, so you want others to pay for your way of life....I understand

Truth is two million have been paid to stay unemployed for almost two years. What you get when you pay people not work.

I kind of agree with that. also, the world isn't the same place as it was 2-5 years ago.

i.e.....a job that payed 80k in 2006 is now paying 40k. it sucks but that is life. we have lost most manufacturing and high paying jobs, due to Dems and the unions (unions destroyed American manufacturing and obama was out to destroy the private sector world)

Who is forcing the government to deficit spend?
You complain about the government not getting its hands on $700B more of our money, but it's OK to not get its hands on an additional $3T from the rest of the "Bush tax cuts for the rich."

Jenn-
I agree with you completely. all these libtards that want somthing for nothing can go out and earn it like the rest of us.
