Hate to be a party pooper, Eve, but most bars everywhere allow teens to get drunk in their establishments. Very few actually bother to card their patrons. Hell.. I only got carded ONCE the entire time I was in college... And that was the first week of my freshman year, and I didn't even use my license I just flashed my college ID and I was in like Flynn. It's not a problem limited to Applebee's or Tennessee.

I was cared before 21 quite often. I've also worked in establishments where carding was required or we'd be fined, personally, and fired.
