Any advice about posting a 16,000-word story? What do you think, may be a bit long and I should split it in half and post it in 2 Chapters.

It entirely depends.

Is there enough happening to justify 16k words? Or will readers see right through the filler?

Is it a 16k word single sex scene with no other plot or settings? That's a bit much.

Is there sex on every page? Every second page? 16k words is roughly 5 Lit pages, are there at least 2 or 3 sex scenes in there?

Do the non-sex interludes in between the sex scenes have a purpose? Do they lead from one sex scene to the next? Do they lead to anything at all? Do they feel logical and necessary, or would condensing or eliminating them leave the story's outline and point generally unchanged?

Speaking for myself, my highest rated story is seven Lit pages, >23k words. My lowest rated story is less than two Lit pages, under 4k words.

Write the story as it needs to be written. Don't worry about length, unless you know, or discover on re-reading, that half of it shouldn't be there because it's interfering with the real story.

If it's finished, I'd post it as a standalone story. It's not really long enough to worry about dividing it up into two separate chapters. Chapters only make sense, I think, if you've got at least four or five.
