I'm a guy, but I think you're a little too hung up on dick size. And I say that as someone who is interested in it from a scientific and statistical perspective, just find it fascinating.
But for most women, from what I've gathered, penis size is a minor consideration in the grand scheme. "Size queens" do exist, yes, but especially on Lit where anyone you interact with is unlikely to ever see it in person, the importance is way below what you seem to think.
Also, 10 inches seems about the upper limit as far as actual verified measurements, and even those are exceedingly rare, as in most people will never see one in person. There's a 99.9% chance anyone claiming more than a 10" length dick (or really, just claiming a 10" dick itself) is lying, and that includes in porn.
Oh, and as an aside, length is only one dimension. Girth can be just as if not more consequential for those that do care about size.

I'd say the same. Though, female secondary sex characteristics tend to be slightly more readily observable than those of males I suppose

It’s definitely more about substance, self-awareness, and fun quotient waaayyy more than about a certain size. It seems to me that men seem to be hung up on this a lot more than women!?! My observation but throwing my 2 cents in…good luck and have fun
