14 and 15 year old's posting on thi site?

And how do we know that you're not under 18 years of age?

Okay, let's see some I.D. buddy.

Yayati you are actually one of the people that could be underage....who cares anyway...Laurel won't go to jail if they post here...let their parents keep them away from my verbal poison....

So yayati your basicly saying to turn lit into a pay site.?

Age verification system's cost money.

Ofcourse I'm not you fool.

Not only am I the most intelligent person here but I know things that even elderly people do not know about: like the secret of telepathy sex. So please don't be a buffon, think about CB, have you seen her pic? - She's only a kid.

I think we should protect children by not allowing them here. I can just imagine DCL rubbing his hands right now. That is a sad state of affairs.

You remind me of this guy that posts at another site sans the racist material...he's 17...

Intelligence does not equal age....who the hell is CB? I know KM...PM...and that's it...

His first post actually made sense to me. It was well thought out and written so you could actually read it. And it is something I agree about.

Of course his second post was the old yayati plain and simple.

The person going to jail ain't going to be Laurel, it is going to be the dipshit stud who writes to the 14 year old girl. This is the wrong time to be communicating with minors over the internet. They are really cracking down. Hell the cute little girl your talking to is probably a 300 pound male deputy up in North Dakota. Or a bored FBI agent with nothing more important to do, like finding guys with bombs.

Solid,

I didn't know that.

But there must be mechanism out there.
There must be another way dood.
Do you have any idea ?

CelestialBody's only a kid. And there may be many more like her. This is sad.
A lot of the age verification systems I've seen ID check, Age check, charge you about $19.95 for 3 months.

I seen one on ifriends.com though that asks for you to input credit card number to verify age they withdraw $1 to confirm it.

So just maybe a similar system could work on here but what of all the adults that dont have credit cards. You alienate them.?

Well Shaq, from the look of the amount of posts that you've submitted, it looks like you haven't been around long enough to know the rest of us........LOL.

In due time, you will though.

The credit card thing is a good idea in principal...but i don't have a credit card and have no intention of getting one. The people like me would't be able to use the site and thats a little unfair.....

yo, NUMBNUTS

I dare say millions of minors in the world HAVE credit cards.

wake up, take your head out of your ass and join the twenty first century.

What do you mean, you didn't know that?

Jeez that speaks volumes about your internet experience and possibly your age...

If this girls parents are had any concern for her as a minor then they should be using some sort of cyber patrol programme on the computer. I agree that minors may be a problem but why start having to spend money on age checks etc....its really the parents responsability, i would't want my underage kids looking at adult sites....so therfore i would make sure they didn't by using a patrol programme.

Excellent point which is missed far too often by our legislators.

What's a one dollar here or there?

Dood, every adult in the western world has a credit card. So I think this is a good system. Please give us more information and relay this info. to laurel. She might take it up. Again, think of CB's safety and her worried mum and dad.

What about those who can't have credit cards.....not all of us have perfect credit scores you know......

Yes, but the system does more than just take a credit card and automatically says your allowed in. It also checks the age of the card bearer. So if you were underaged and had a credit card it wouldn't accept you.

I should know, I tried that when I was 17. :)

I think some countries have an age of majority at 16.

What happens then?

:)

I believe it reverts back to the country the site is based in. If it is an US site then you still must be 18. Don't have any clue what it would do if a site was based in a country that sets the age limit at 16, but I'm gonna go with saying that if you are in the US and trying to view the site via computer based in the US you would have to be 18. But who knows, how often do those type of sites go through their members to check for the legality of that said person's membership.

Yes that's how I've seen it for some time. A real 1984 situation where the citizen is the criminal for viewing the site.

Hopefully legislation won't go that far but if it does we can no longer call ourselves the Free World...
