What the fuck is this? If I thought I could get away with forwarding all of them to MSN, I'd do it.

I put a lot of filters on my hotmail to keep the junkmail away. I was getting 100+ before that and was missing out on important messages.

However, they took away the ability for non-paid users to filter their email.
Plus, their POP email never worked well for me. I have two Yahoo accounts that I check about once a week, but I think I will keep the oldest one as it is associated with some Yahoo groups I subscribe to, and I will drop shymcguy@yahoo.com and pickup a new one at hotpop once I decide on a new nick.
Hotpop worked okay for a while and then it just got worse and worse until I couldn't get my POP client to log on to their server at all. Now I just use them for mail forwarding which seems to work okay.
With my new ISP I can have up to ten email addresses and I can access email via the web if I am away from home, and I can also have it log on to up to three POP accounts at other POP servers and grab the mail there, so I am trying to figure out how I am going to set it all up. I will probably use a new hotpop address for my personal anonymous website and just forward that to one of my real addresses at my ISP.

It's not much better. I just checked my e-mail two days ago, I'm checking it today, and I have 145 spam messages. But the nice thing is most of them are in the Bulk Mail folder and I can delete them in one fell swoop.Zamdrist said:
