Honestly? It was a little chewy. Moist, but chewy. It could have cooked another 30 minutes. Just a dry rub for about 6 hours. Weber kettle grill.

The wine was good.
Still is.


No. It got to 165/170. The fatter part was more chewy, so maybe 180 next time. I would never do that to a poor streak.
 
You're going to keep posting pictures of delicious things, and not even offer us a bite. :(
