The one thing I ask for is quality. I know what you are thinking, I am a quantity guy, based on the number of threads I start, but I am not. Even the ones that are fluff are "quality" fluff. When getting feedback on my stories, I ask for quality. Sometimes, like yesterday, I get it. Sometimes I get nothing. There is a balance.
One of my rejected stories is posted in the online role playing section (The Forsaken) and is garnering a LOT of positive feedback. The thing is, it was rejected outright by my publisher, but the new version is accepted. I don't think the new version is better or worse, just different. I didn't get any quality feedback, good or bad, on the first version, so I decided to post it and see what happened.
Quality--the mark of my life. Have a good day, y'all.
