🧘🏼‍♂️🤾🏻‍♀️Getting Sweaty Again: The 3rd Circuit 🚴🏼‍♂️🏋🏼‍♀️

CrossFit 2x/week + 48 stair flights and 35 squats 3x/week at lunchtime. Started drinking protein shakes for breakfast on weekdays. I started back in May. I thought I was in ok shape…I was wrong, so so wrong!
 
I’m on a plateau on my weight loss journey. I guess it’s all about less calories. or high intensity workouts.
 
Most days 30 to 60 mins on the spin bike that's in a green house(saunacising)
3 to 4 sets of pushups, crunchs and leg lifts. Keeping the head straight and looking forward. Lost 40lbs in last 6 months. Mostly from stopping booze and cheese tho.
