🧘🏼‍♂️🤾🏻‍♀️Getting Sweaty Again: The 3rd Circuit 🚴🏼‍♂️🏋🏼‍♀️

Usually Runs 30 Kilometers a week and rides a Mountain Bike on the weekends , might Run instead of riding depending on the weather ...

I am in the same boat diet wise. I've been trying to lose 10 pounds for a while now but can't, and I know why. My self control is tested hard this time of year 🐷
OMG so true colder nights my body says eat beef stew and bread. Candy just a handful… I feel like a bear headed for hibernation.

I haven't been able to work out in weeks because of covid. I walk around the block and need a nap. I'm sure it's also because I am in the middle of chemo so I have no immune system. But it fucking sucks because the ONE thing I could do during cancer treatment that was within my control was exercise and it's been taken away from me.

So wear your fucking masks in essential places (market, post office, public transit) because people like me are everywhere and we don't deserve this.

it will end. i hope you feel better sooner then later!

I am down 2.5 pounds since Oct 1, which is good, but not as fast as I had hoped. I have successfully counted calories for a week. Hoping I can keep that up for the month of Nov, even on the bad days. And I'd like to run >60 miles this month. A girl can dream.

Great job! Just keep moving forward, one step at a time and you can't go wrong.

Did some great mountain biking for the first time in over 10 years yesterday. I had fun and I survived! LOL How's everybody doing?
Awesome! I don't get out on my mountain bike enough anymore. Just completed a 3 day, 270 mile gravel ride last month on my road bike. Hopefully I'll find time to split between my 2 bikes here in the future.

I've been gravel biking a lot, but that made me jones for a mountain bike again so after riding the bike park near my house on my gravel bike I picked up a mountain bike and did the same ride again. So much more fun on something with big tires and suspension.

Rotator cuff issues again. Probably bc I thought no pain, it's over. Back to cutting back and very light weights.

I've been off for a week with covid. I've lost ten pounds, but not in the good diet and exercise way. I'm starting to feel "normal" but am going to wait before getting back into my workout regimen even though my body is screaming to get moving.
Glad you're feeling better. When you start, start slow and you'll back at it in no time hopefully.

Damn. Hope you are feeling better. Maybe just start slow. Get out and walk and breathe.
