I'm sure it's also because I am in the middle of chemo so I have no immune system. But it fucking sucks because the ONE thing I could do during cancer treatment that was within my control was exercise and it's been taken away from me.
So wear your fucking masks in essential places (market, post office, public transit) because people like me are everywhere and we don't deserve this.

I have successfully counted calories for a week. Hoping I can keep that up for the month of Nov, even on the bad days. And I'd like to run >60 miles this month. A girl can dream.

Awesome! I don't get out on my mountain bike enough anymore. Just completed a 3 day, 270 mile gravel ride last month on my road bike. Hopefully I'll find time to split between my 2 bikes here in the future.Did some great mountain biking for the first time in over 10 years yesterday. I had fun and I survived! I've been gravel biking a lot, but that made me jones for a mountain bike again so after riding the bike park near my house on my gravel bike I picked up a mountain bike and did the same ride again. I'm starting to feel "normal" but am going to wait before getting back into my workout regimen even though my body is screaming to get moving.
I'm having shoulder issues too, but I'm too lazy to go to the dr to actually diagnose it.Rotator cuff issues again. Probably bc I thought no pain, it's over. Back to cutting back and very light weights.
