Mrs Rj (Kathy) has COPD & asthma, so I (we) think about the weather a lot.
If your close to a metropolitan area it could be smog in this heat. Kathy has portable oxygen tanks so we can go out.
Please be careful. Don't stay out too long.

I have anemia. It plays havoc with my immune system. I sometimes feel cold in the heat and other times I'm sweating to death in 30 - 40 degrees.
Doc says I need more iron in my blood, no puns please. I can just hear you...meep, meep.

Coughing, but not sneezing a lot? And wife ill... I'd suspect you being ill, too. Would at least take precautions accordingly. Lots of zinc, if you have it.
