Noticing there are several cooking minded ladies and men on this thread I have a question.......My current cookware is mostly vintage All-Clad, I want to replace some other cookware with All-Clad. Does anyone use D3/D5 All-Clad and how does it compare to older All-Clad if you have any idea? I have not had chance to use any of the newer versions so looking for feedback.
