Venison saddle!? I'm on my way!!

A weird trick of mine for marinade. Is either coke and pineapple juice (perfect for Venison) or Papaya peel. Like keep your Papaya peel and wrap your steak in it. It will cure and marinade the steak.

Both of these can be replaced by a tasty marinade like you are making for the last two to three hours before cooking.
