Plenty of deep breaths! This is my first sip of wine outside of Thanksgiving that I’ve had leisurely in awhile! I’ve cut it out because I’ve got gym goals and I snack when I drink.

I thought I was the only one like that!!!.....hahaha....I have issues with that because the gym and liquor store are across the street from each other.......so close....so far.....and the snacking thing, lots of chips and hummus if I'm not careful
