I do not know the back story. I down loaded this image back in 2006. It is not from one of my books.

There are some interesting shunga prints where one or more of the protagonists is in a disguise — A man dressed a woman, in order to get some stealth sex.

It's from the Gabinetto Segreto in Naples it's a bas relief recovered from Pompeii. I was about to post it myself so here is one of the mosaics from the collection instead.
