If there's a liturgy out there that includes something like that, it's news to me. Most of the Reformed liturgy is centered on the Last Supper. Nothing about virgins, defiled or otherwise, in the liturgy there.

Hmm... Lamentations 3 is sometimes included in the lectionary readings for Holy Week, usually as part of the Saturday vigil. I'm finding a few Tenebrae type services that have readings from Lamentations 1. The connection isn't incorrect - I just don't see it as integral to the liturgy.
