Ideas based around a singular premise:
A man or woman (18 to however old) is engaging in some deviant behaviors (spying on others and masturbating, stealing underwear, groping, harassing, etc.). Instead of getting them help or pressing charges, the people who are taking care of them make a simple proclamation “just let em get it out of their system.” The character who is causing the problems then is allowed to act with impunity.
Stories could be about the person in question being slowed to do whatever but they have a time limit, their care takers shifting the actions on to themselves, or how other people react to having someon in their midst who will not be punished.
I realize this is a darker idea but it’s one that just got into my head as an interesting seed of an idea.
For example: grandpa’s live in nurse quits after she wakes up to him masturbating into a pair of her panties. With inheritances on the line, the family can’t imagine trying to send him to a retirement home (his mind is sound despite him pretending otherwise, so he could freely have his attorney change the will), but ignoring his needs also isn’t an option).
Do they hire nurses that are in a tight spot or are willing to engage in some sexual favors for a bit more cash? Does the family have to submit themselves to his leering eyes and grabbing hands? Or is there another solution (a dark comedy version I thought of was that one of the women offers to be his slave with him not having any idea it’s to fuck him to death (I know the rules so he wouldn’t directly die from it but might be so exhausted his heart gives out and he winds up infirmed in such a state that he is bedridden for the rest of his life).
Or: 18 year old guy gets kicked out his senior year for peeping on the girl’s locker room. Rich Mom pays off the families affected and gets a psychologist who reccomends a…unique approach. Mom must satisfy son’s every sexual need either directly or with assistance. Son is at first reluctant but once he gets a piece he’s in and mom keeps going along with it, even as therapist tells her to go further and further. I know at to both of them, the therapist is actually on of the actually deceased therapist’s patients who took her place and is now prescribing all sorts of madness orginated cures.
Or: guy left home upon going to college and never goes home for the holidays: the reason being, his sister/stepsister is there. She was a bit of a miracle baby you see so parents gave her everything she wanted. And when she turned 18, she wanted sex, lots of it, and with any partner she could have. Wonderful for the various guys and girls who wanted to sleep with her, a nightmare for everyone else. And his sis made it quite clear towards the end, she wanted him.
Of course, just cause he doesn’t want to go home doesn’t mean she can’t go to the same school the next year (this is why stepsister might be better as his horny friends don’t see why he wouldn’t want to fuck a gorgeous girl who isn’t related to him even if he grew up with her).
Another: non-incest: at school (high school or college) one of the top athletes is a total pervert. School manages to switch his or her attentions to the teachers…and offers the teacher/s they are most interested in a bonus if they help the student “get it out of their system”
