This is one of those films, that from time to time, I just like to sit back and enjoy.
Several reasons…one of which is sheer admiration for actors and actresses, filmography in general, writers and script writers and directors and the entire movie making industry.
It, perhaps, provides some insight into the antics of Hollywood people, who live a life of pretense and fantasy before the cameras, that, by definition, must carry over into the ‘real’ world as these artists step off-stage.
I know I will be whistling and humming, ‘Sensa Fina’ for days and perhaps weeks before it fades and then I will forget, and then a year or so from now, I will see, “Avanti!” on the menu and I will smile and give a few hours to it yet again.
Such a deal.
