I think guys tend to focus on the nipple too much and ignore the rest of the breast. There's a lot of surface area there, so don't skip it!!!

This will be a generalization and isn't always true but women with larger breasts tend to have less sensitivity in their nipples due to the nerves being spread more through the surface area.
