Serious writing question here. In the middle of a sex scene and describing the lady character's arousal. How far should I go in describing the flood warning? How wet do you typically get? Can you feel it happening? What does it feel like?

Personally, I find stories where they say a woman had juices running down her legs.. it just doesn't happen.

It's different for every woman. Can be different for the same woman at different times and in different circumstance. You can't go wrong, as you will notice with the responses from Door mouse and Impressive. Some women will relate to it no matter how you describe it, while others will say, bullshit.

You can feel it happening sometimes, sometime sit kinda sneaks up on you.

I don't think there are any constants.

I am with Colly. I have been with women who so excited they were leaking lube down their leg. I have been with women who seemed very excited, with no visible leakage. And, as Colly says, the same woman might leak lube one time and not leak lube the next. By the way, the amount of lube leaked did not seem like a large amount.

I never really get on with the descriptions on lube running down legs. Always seems a bit tacky when it's described. What does it feel like when you feel it?

Well, there's this kinda heated tingle in, like, the pelvic bone between clit on the outside and g-spot on the inside -- often concurrent with a tingling in my nipples. If it's a romantic-type arousal, it might spread upward and make my stomach do a flip-flop. If it's a more lusty-type arousal, more likely it'll move "down" and often even around to my ass. If I'm really lucky, it's both & I get a double whammy.

The juices are thicker initially, so they don't trickle right away -- at least for me. They just provide some serious lubrication. Once hands (or other things) start stirring the pot, things get really juicy.

That's 'spot' on for me. It's that connection between the g-spot and my clit that drives the orgasm from start to finish. I think of it as a landscape, have images of it even while I'm aroused, in it. The nipple connection is a plus and if they get attended to, Woo woo woo!

For me personally, the rush of warmth is fairly extreme. My cheeks flush, I'm breathless and my nipples ache and throb.

Oh, they ALWAYS get attended to -- 'cause I'll do it myself if my partner can/does not. That little ring I got a couple months ago also wonderfully enhances sensation.
